A labial life saver. The blend of herbs in Mama Sitz Bath work to soothe and aid the positively prodigious postpartum yoni. The sitz bath is an herbal practice of our foremothers who knew the benefits of a cup of tea for their most precious parts. The concept is simple: dunk your yoni into a botanical bath, proceed to relax, and repeat daily until your sacredness is soothed. Myrrh, lavender, chamomile, comfrey, witch hazel, and white willow unite to make for a repairing and soothing blend that promotes tissue regeneration and healing.

Add three tablespoons of the Mama Sitz herbs and add it to a quart-sized jar. Fill the jar with boiling water and let the herbs steep for a minimum of half an hour. Steeping overnight is ideal. You can gently rewarm the tea before use.
Add the strong tea to a warm, shallow bath (enough water to submerge your yoni). Add a ¼ cup of sea salt to the tub —sitz for 20 plus minutes. Continue this practice once a day for a month.
