A luxuriously silky blend that brightens, restores, and rejuvenates on the deepest levels. Bakuchiol - a plant-based retinol alternative that has been found to stimulate collagen production, reduce wrinkles, and ease hyperpigmentation on par with synthetic retinol - unites with tulsi hydrosol, panthenol, niacinamide, grass-fed beef tallow, irish moss extract, evening primrose and moringa oils, and blue tansy to strengthen skin, expansively hydrate, revitalize, increase ceramide production, promote elasticity, and even out skin tone. With a cloud-like texture that absorbs effortlessly, and a scent that is grounding and calming (no doubt in gratitude to the blue tansy), this vibrant-aging ally will help reignite your innate radiance as it reveals an otherworldly glow.

Flora+Fungi Apothecary was founded by Amanda Derocher. Amanda is a graduate of Formula Botanica's Accredited Organic Skincare Science School, and has a diploma in Organic Skincare Formulation and an Advanced Diploma in Organic Cosmetic Science, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Michigan University in Linguistics and French and is licensed by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development as a Wild Mushroom Identification Expert. Growing up in Northern Michigan, plants and nature have always been an integral part of Amanda's life. Her love of plants has followed, or rather, taken her around the world to work and volunteer on organic farms and permaculture projects in Central America and South East Asia to learn more about biodiversity, ecosystems, and sustainable agricultural practices. At Flora+Fungi, Amanda combines modern scientific research about wild flora and fungi with traditional plant knowledge of the indigenous cultures of North America to create modern products rooted in ancient traditions. She believes in respecting nature: only using plants that grow in abundance, as to not disturb the delicate balance of the forest ecosystems by over-harvesting. Using local botanicals also helps to reduce Flora+Fungi’s carbon footprint.
